Free shipping, duties paid

Every lamp ships free to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Import duties are paid by us before the parcel leaves, so there is nothing to pay the courier at the door. In the EU and UK the price you see includes VAT; in the US sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Every lamp is packed in foam inside a double box and ships with tracking. Each one is finished to order and leaves the workshop in 1–3 days. Delivery times after dispatch, including a few days of margin for customs and peak seasons (most parcels arrive sooner):

Damaged on arrival

Resin doesn't always love couriers. If your lamp arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a free replacement. No need to send the broken one back.

Returns

Every lamp is made to order, so all sales are final and we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If your lamp arrives damaged or isn't the one you ordered, we replace it free (see above).

Your legal right to cancel (EU and UK)

If you live in the EU or the UK, the law gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. Tell us within those 14 days (contact page, with your order number), then send the lamp back unused and in its original packaging within another 14 days. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund the price within 14 days of receiving the lamp.
